CCGrass is currently supplying two brand new pitches to University of Kent, in partnership with Charles Lawrence Surfaces. The first pitch has been installed with the FastPro HF18 hockey surface and has been completed, now ready for play.
Lead installer Andy Williams commented,
“This is one of the best hockey surfaces I have laid and the quality of the turf is exceptional. I especially like the vividness of the blue surround.”
The second pitch is being installed with the Stemgrass EX2 60 PU. The University will use this pitch for football, rugby, and lacrosse. The installation is progressing well, and is expected to be completed before Christmas, ready for the next University term.
CCGrass UK CEO, Bryn Lee, visited the installation and commented,
“It is not easy installing synthetic turf at this time of year due to wet and cold weather, and often poor light, however the quality of the work being carried by the installation team on behalf of Charles Lawrence Surfaces is top quality. I am particularly pleased with the feedback so far on the new hockey pitch.”
