About the project:
The pitch at Leek Town has been a successful installation, by the team at Charles Lawrence on behalf of our Framework partners at The Malcolm Group. The club is very pleased with their new pitch, and the players have all given great feedback too. Funded through the Football Foundation, this install has been part of a large building project, but after a number of issues, including Covid to a badly timed typhoon, the club are back playing at Harrison Park on the first TriPlex pitch in the UK.
About the surface:
The TriPlex 45 product is our newest creation and it consists of three different shaped yarns, each with its own specific purpose. One for durability, one for softness and one for resilience. This unique product combines these three attributes to create a truly cutting edge playing surface.
